QUOTATION & PROFORMA INVOICE

Proforma invoice with pictures enclosed will be sent you within 24 hours as soon as we received your inquiry. All price quoted are wholesale and based on standard packing methods in the currency of United States Dollars in terms of F.O.B. Hochiminh City Port (Incoterms 2000). Discount is considered for large order of more than 10x40 DC

QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS

Since all products are hand-made, normal tolerance of 10% in dimensions and color is expected. For any items requested by Customers and not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process.

PAYMENT TERMS

In order to make more convenience for you, we accept the following payment methods: Irrevocable L/C at sight, TTR, D/P. Your order will be shipped upon receiving your advance payment or L/C. 30% deposit upon faxed copy of Pro Forma Invoice

The balance of Commercial Invoice amount will be paid within 7 working days of fax copy of Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice. Shipping documents will be sent to you via fax or e-mail if requested.

Letter of Credit:

Establishment of irrevocable letter of credit to our bank account with + or - 15% variance allowed. The L/C must be opened and confirmed after one week of order confirmation.

DELIVERY

FOB Ho Chi Minh City port, Vietnam or CIF to destination

PACKAGING

Depending on the shapes and dimensions of the products, we normally pack by wooden crate or 5-layers export carton, with shipping-marks imprint. Pallet packing or carton tray or carton box or your own packing is welcome.

Container loading:

To maximize the container loading capacity, your orders should be a flexible in item and quantity (+ or - 10% variance allowance on quantity), and you should order a maximum of 10 code items for container 20 feet or 20 code items for container 40 feet. However, we can arrange your order in less quantity and more items. The minimum quantity for your first trial order is equal to a 20" container.

To maximize the container cubic capacity, your orders should have a flexible quantity of filler items, which will be packed as top loading or in small vacant areas.

Labeling:

Barcodes and labels can by printed by us according to customer's instructions. The instructions need to be sent to us 30 days before shipment. All these packaging charges are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Production lead time is normally 60 days for the 1st shipment, and expected faster following shipment of the same products. Depending on the availability of designs and moulds in our production, this can be arranged to be earlier.

Full detailed shipping instructions need to be sent by customer within two weeks of order-confirmation.

Goods will be dispatched 45 - 60 days from receipt of L/C or T/T.

INSURANCE

All insurances for should be arranged by the buyer. We accept no claim for damage caused by shipping or container handling accidents.

Notification by fax will be sent 7-10 days prior to container loading.

OTHERS

All samples used for approval, customer will pay for cost of transport. All new designs or shapes are welcome.
